本文系结合精密导航仪器齿輪生产实践,从理論上分析了在普通中型滚齿机上加工高精度小模数齿輪的可能性;檢修和改装了工艺系統,經过試切試驗和成批生产証明:所加工的齿輪已稳定在6級(≈旧标准1級)以上的精度,对解决生产关鍵具有一定的現实意义。全文尚簡要地提出了若干方向性建议,用以进一步提高小模数齿輪的加工精度与生产率。
In this paper, combined with the production of precision navigation gear production practice, the theoretical analysis of the ordinary medium gear hobbing machine processing high precision small modulus gear possibility; maintenance and modification of the process system, after cutting test and batch production proved: Processing gear has been stabilized at 6 (≈ old standard 1) accuracy above, to solve the key production has some practical significance. The full text is still briefly put forward a number of directional recommendations to further improve the small modulus gear machining accuracy and productivity.
