基于校本的课例研究与区域教研整合,可解决同伴互助、专业引领和共同发展的关系。以《力与运动的关系》课例研究为例,分析教师在集体研讨下,各创精彩的过程,以及对教师专业发展的促进作用。
Based on the school-based case study and the integration of regional teaching and research, we can solve the relationship between peer assistance, professional leadership and common development. Taking the case study of “the relationship between power and movement” as an example, this paper analyzes the wonderful process of teachers ’creativity and the promotion of teachers’ professional development under the collective research.
