In order to effectively control the three generations of worm disease, experiments were carried out to study the insecticidal effect of two commonly used disinfectants, sodium chloride solution (ClO2) and Clorion Kobayashi on parasites in goldfish . The results showed that when the effective concentration of NaClO ≥0.2 mg / L or the effective concentration of Cl O_2 ≥0.15 mg / L under in vitro conditions, the average survival time of the three generations of Kobayashi was less than 2 h, The control group, Kobayashi three generations of worms, the average survival time is 20.8h. When the effective concentration of ClO2 was> 0.15 mg / L, more than 70% of the parasites were black, while most of the other concentrations were dead, the parasites remained transparent. In vivo, when the effective concentration of Na Cl O ≥ 0.2 mg / L or the effective concentration of Cl O 2 ≥ 0.5 mg / L, the repellent rate almost reached 100%, and the repellent rate with However, when the effective concentration of Cl O 2 was 0.6 mg / L, the white floc appeared in the aquaculture water. Under in-vivo conditions, the deworming effect of NaClO is better than that of ClO2. In the acute toxicity test of goldfish, the safe concentrations of Na Cl O and Cl O 2 were 0.18 and 0.48 mg / L, respectively, which were only slightly lower than the minimum concentrations of Na Cl O and Cl O 2 (0.2 and 0.5 mg / L), indicating that sodium hypochlorite solution and chlorine dioxide in the eradicating three generations of insects goldfish is not safe, therefore, in the treatment of goldfish three generations of worm disease to be careful sodium hypochlorite solution and chlorine dioxide. However, the suitability of these two disinfectants for the treatment of three other serotypes of other fish remains to be further studied.
