目的探讨金属硫蛋白(MT)在不同甲状腺疾病中表达的检测及其生物学意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测50例不同甲状腺疾病病理组织上MT的表达并比较其差别。结果MT在甲瘤、甲癌、Graves病和桥本甲状腺炎表达的阳性频度均为100%,甲癌中MT的AGV为87.60±9.20,明显高于甲瘤(62.20±12.40)、Graves病(61.10±13.20)和桥本甲状腺炎(58.50±10.60),P<0.05。结论MT与甲癌的发生发展关系密切,当AGA在80以上时,应高度警惕甲癌的可能。
Objective To investigate the expression of metallothionein (MT) in different thyroid diseases and its biological significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of MT in the pathological tissues of 50 cases of different thyroid diseases and to compare their differences. Results The positive frequency of MT in thyroid neoplasms, thyroid carcinoma, Graves ’disease and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis were all 100%. The MTV of MT in thyroid carcinoma was 87.60 ± 9.20, which was significantly higher than that of the tumor of the neck (62.20 ± 12.40), Graves’ disease (61.10 ± 13.20) and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis (58.50 ± 10.60), P <0.05. Conclusion MT is closely related to the occurrence and development of carcinoma of the neck. When the AGA is above 80, it should be highly alert to the possibility of carcinoma of the neck.
