为研究复方中草药(内含葛根、黄连、金银花、板蓝根、黄芪、甘草、柴胡、当归、山楂、陈皮和茯苓)对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)经白斑综合症病毒(WSSV)胁迫后的免疫特性,分别以0%(对照组),0.4%,0.8%,1.2%,1.6%和2.0%复方中草药添加到基础饲料中,连续投喂凡纳滨对虾(体质量(0.026±0.007)g)28 d后,测定生长指标并经WSSV感染后测定0,12,24,48及96 h阶段免疫相关因子(T-SOD、AKP、ACP、GOT、GPT)的酶活性和丙二醛含量,以及观察对虾死亡情况。结果表明,经WSSV胁迫后,凡纳滨对虾总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)在0~96 h期间的酶活性表现为先升后降,其中24~48 h达到高峰期。除1.6%添加组对虾的谷丙转氨酶(GPT)在24和48 h酶活力较高外,整个实验过程中,0.8%和1.2%添加组对虾的免疫相关酶活力处于较高水平且较其余组稳定,而丙二醛(MDA)含量较低,与其余各组差异显著(p<0.05)。感染192 h时,0.8%添加组对虾存活率最高(33.33%)、50%死亡时间最迟((150.50±48.88)h),1.2%添加组次之(存活率为21.33%,50%死亡时间为(127.09±28.10)h),1.6%添加组和2.0%添加组第三,对照组和0.4%添加组则全部死亡,并且50%死亡时间最早,死亡速率也快。复方中草药能提高对虾免疫性能和抗WSSV能力,其中0.8%和1.2%添加量效果最佳。该研究结果可为中草药合理利用和凡纳滨对虾健康养殖提供科学依据。

The results of this study can provide a scientific basis for the rational utilization of Chinese herbs and the healthy culture of Litopenaeus vannamei.
