将HRP注入大白鼠体感区皮质,用TMB法成色反应观察顺、逆行标记的神经元结构。结果表明:体感区皮质与皮质下结构间存在着广泛的传入、传出联系。作者认为,其主要机能意义可能是:①缝核、兰斑核和网状结构等参与大脑皮质的感觉及镇痛机制;②体感区皮质与躯体感觉性核团间存在着返馈回路,从而调节一级感觉传入信息。
The HRP was injected into the cortex of the somatosensory cortex in rats, and the neuronal structures labeled with cisplatin and retrograde were observed by TMB colorimetric reaction.
