“双师型”教师的培养不仅是职业技术院校师资队伍建设的重要方面,而且是职业院校发展状况的一项重要评估指标。从某种意义上来说,“双师型”教师的培养不仅影响到整个高职院校的生存和发展,而且是高职院校战略机遇期深化教育体制改革、实现科学发展的当务之急。以湖南电气职业技术学院为例,结合相关文献和英语学科,就如何培养“双师型”教师队伍的对策和措施以及特色进行了探讨。
The cultivation of “double teacher” teachers is not only an important aspect of the construction of teachers and staff in vocational and technical colleges, but also an important indicator of the development of vocational colleges. In a sense, the cultivation of “double-qualified teachers” not only affects the survival and development of the entire higher vocational colleges, but also is the top priority for deepening the reform of the educational system and realizing scientific development in the period of strategic opportunities for higher vocational colleges. Taking Hunan Electric Polytechnic as an example, this paper discusses the countermeasures, measures and characteristics of how to cultivate “double teacher” teachers in the light of relevant literatures and English subjects.
