我们朱由镇自1987年7月开展计划免疫保偿工作以来,0～7周岁儿童的入保率(有禁忌症的除外),年年都达到99％以上,为促进计划免疫工作的开展奠定了基础。通过开展计划免疫保偿工作,我们深深体会到:在一个乡(镇)每年要圆满完成计划免疫保偿工作任务,就必须认真做好以下几方面的工作。一、建立乡(镇)计划免疫保管工作领导小组,是提高儿童计划免疫保偿入保率的组织保证儿童计划免疫保偿是一项新的工作,广大群众还不够了解,由于要收取一定数额的保偿金,因此有时给这项工作的开展带来一定的难度和阻力。我镇为使这项工作深入持久地开展下去,镇党委、政府十分重视,首先成立了由7人组成的朱由镇计划免疫
