《农业图书情报学刊》首次编委会于1991年7月30日在中国农科院科技文献信息中心召开。在京编委和来京参加编写《农业情报理论与实践》的部分外地编委、中国农科院文献信息中心领导及编辑部同志共16人出席了会议。编委会主任王贤甫同志和副主任赵华英同志分别主持了会议。中国农科院科技文献信息中心主任谢承桂同志到会并讲了话。《学刊》主编
“Agricultural Library and Information Science Journal,” the first editorial board was July 30, 1991 in the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Science and Technology Documentation Information Center. In Beijing, editorial board members and some of the field editorial members who participated in the preparation of the “Theory and Practice of Agricultural Information” and 16 leaders from the editorial department of the Documentation and Information Center of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences attended the meeting. Comrade Wang Xianfu, director of the editorial board, and Comrade Zhao Huaying, deputy director, respectively chaired the meeting.
