为探讨糖皮质激素不同给药方式,累积量及辅钙剂、维生素D(VitD)对骨组织影响,30只大白兔被分为激素不同治疗组,测定血清钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶、氨基端甲状旁腺素(PTH)及骨密度。结果显示辅钙剂、VitD组骨密度及PTH与对照组无差别(P>0.05),隔日及大剂量组骨密度下降、PTH升高(P<0.05),且大剂量组较隔日组明显(P<0.05)。说明糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症与激素的剂量有关,发病机制涉及继发性甲旁亢,隔日疗法不能阻止骨质丢失,补充钙剂、VitD有预防治疗作用。
In order to investigate the effects of different administration modes of glucocorticoids, cumulants and vitamin D (VitD) on the bone tissue, 30 rabbits were divided into different treatment groups. The levels of serum calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase, Amino-terminal parathyroid hormone (PTH) and bone mineral density. The results showed that bone mineral density and PTH in the group of supplemental calcium and VitD had no difference (P> 0.05) compared with those in the control group. The bone mineral density decreased and the PTH increased on the other day and in the high dose group (P <0.05) Every other day was significantly (P <0.05). Description of glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis and hormone dose, the pathogenesis of secondary hyperparathyroidism, alternate therapy can not stop the loss of bone, calcium supplementation, VitD have a preventive effect.
