在芳香族硝基化物的极谱行为研究中,关于对硝基苯胺的研究都在乙醇和水的混合溶液中和在不同体系(HCl-KCl、HCl-KCl-氨基乙酸、HAc-NaAc、KOH-KH_2PO_4及KCl-H_3BO_3)的缓冲液中进行。结果是扩散电流随着乙醇浓度增加而减小。本文在此基础上采用NH_4OH-NH_4Cl的缓冲体系pH=11.0,同时乙醇在10%以内进行测定,得到扩散电流与浓度成线性关系。同时是用单扫描极谱法,重现性好,灵敏度较高,快速准确。
In the study of polarographic behavior of aromatic nitro compounds, the studies on p-nitroaniline were carried out in a mixture of ethanol and water and in different systems (HCl-KCl, HCl-KCl-glycine, HAc-NaAc, KOH -KH 2 PO 4 and KCl-H 3 BO 3). The result is that the diffusion current decreases as the ethanol concentration increases. In this paper, based on the use of NH_4OH-NH_4Cl buffer system pH = 11.0, while ethanol was measured within 10%, the diffusion current was linear with the concentration. At the same time is a single sweep polarography, reproducibility, high sensitivity, fast and accurate.
