用这种气动弧形车刀架(见图)可以对内圆弧面进行加工。一、动作原理工作时,打开进气阀20,压缩空气进入气缸5,推动皮碗10、活塞体9和齿条3运动;同时压缩弹簧6,使弹簧积蓄能量。这时齿条3带动齿轮16运动,由于在齿轮轴上有紧固刀架18,它可以夹持车刀,因而车刀做正向切削动作。当打开球形阀21时,气流跑掉,弹簧6去掉外力,恢复原来形状,顶回活塞体9,带动齿条、齿轮运动,刀具进行逆向切削。
