At this important historical moment at the turn of the century, our Party held its fifteenth National Congress. The General Assembly adopted Comrade Jiang Zemin’s report and established the action plan for holding high the banner of Deng Xiaoping’s theory and pushing the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics into the 21st century. Conscientiously study and implement the spirit of the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and fully implement the various tasks proposed by the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Our great motherland will become even more powerful.
