黄河口模型试验厅工程是一座水利模型试验建筑,设计中采用了148m跨度的新型张弦网壳组合结构,较好地实现了建筑功能及造型的需求。基于工程实践,全面介绍了工程结构设计中的关键技术问题,涉及结构选型、张拉应力的合理控制、特殊支座的处理、设计施工一体化计算分析、抗风设计、大震弹塑性设计、防连续倒塌设计。在设计过程中,利用Rhinoceros软件建立了大跨度张弦网壳结构的三维空间几何模型,进行了风洞试验和风致振动分析,基于整体结构的三维地震作用、重力荷载作用、雪荷载作用、等效风荷载作用及温度作用下的结构响应分析,验证了该结构的可靠性、安全性、合理性。
The project of Yellow River Estuary Model Test Hall is a water conservancy model test building. The new type of string-shell reticulated shell with a span of 148m is adopted in the design, which realizes the demand of building function and modeling. Based on the engineering practice, this paper introduces the key technical problems in the engineering structure design in an all-round way, including the selection of structures, the reasonable control of the tensile stress, the treatment of special supports, the integrated calculation and analysis of design and construction, wind resistance design, elastoplastic design of large earthquakes , Anti-continuous collapse design. In the design process, a three-dimensional geometric model of long-span truss shell structure was established by Rhinoceros software. Wind tunnel test and wind-induced vibration analysis were carried out. Based on the three-dimensional seismic effect of the whole structure, gravity load, snow load, etc. Wind load and temperature response of the structure under the analysis of the structure to verify the reliability, safety and rationality.
