针对BLISS 2000优化过程中权值系数的引入给实际应用带来的困难,提出一种改进的BLISS优化过程———混合BLISS(Hybrid BLISS,HBLISS)。该方法在保持BLISS 2000的基本算法结构的基础上取消权值系数,利用耦合变量的最小残差协调子系统级和系统级优化,给出了HBLISS的算法结构和基本流程。减速器应用算例测试表明了改进的有效性,并在学科自治性和收敛性能方面具有优势。
In view of the difficulties brought by the introduction of weight coefficient in the BLISS 2000 optimization process, an improved BLISS (Hybrid BLISS, Hybrid Bliss, HBLISS) is proposed. Based on BLISS 2000 algorithm, this algorithm cancels the weight coefficient, and uses the minimum residual co-ordination subsystem-level and system-level optimization of the coupling variables. The algorithm structure and basic flow of HBLISS are given. The gearbox application example tests show the effectiveness of the improvements and have an advantage in discipline autonomy and convergence performance.
