目的:制备维E甘草霜并建立其质量控制方法。方法:以HPLC法测定主药维生素E与甘草酸单铵盐的含量。结果:维生素E质量浓度在8.3~41.6μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为99.20%;甘草酸单铵盐质量浓度在8.0~40.0μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为97.85%。结论:建立的方法简便可行,结果准确可靠,可用于维E甘草霜的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare Vitamin E licorice cream and establish its quality control method. Methods: HPLC method was used to determine the contents of vitamin E and glycyrrhizic acid monoammonium salts. Results: The linear range of vitamin E concentration was 8.3 ~ 41.6μg · ml-1 (r = 0.999 9), the average recovery was 99.20%. The concentration of monoammonium glycyrrhizinate was 8.0 ~ 40.0μg · ml -1 within a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 9), the average recovery was 97.85%. Conclusion: The established method is simple and feasible, the results are accurate and reliable, which can be used for the quality control of Vitamin E licorice cream.
