采用腺嘌呤诱导慢性肾衰(CRF)大鼠动物模型,观察具有益气固本、化阏泄浓功效的中药复方制剂肾衰宁灌肠液对其肾组织内6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)和血栓素B2(TXB2)含量变化的影响。结果表明,肾衰宁灌肠液可明显降低CRF大鼠肾脏组织内6-Keto-PGF1α和TXB2含量,提示调整肾脏局部组织内前列腺素和血栓素含量可能是其减轻肾脏损伤,保护肾脏功能的作用机制之一。
Adenine-induced chronic renal failure (CRF) rat model was used to observe the effects of Yiqi Guben and phlegm-reducing concentration of Chinese herbal compound Renweixining enema on 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α in renal tissue (6).
