用什么样的世界观、人生观、价值观教育领导干部,引导人民群众,用什么样的思想信念凝聚和鼓舞人心,已成为新时期共产党人亟待解决的重大课题。邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义理论,回答了领导干部应该如何改造世界观的问题,是新形势下领导干部改造世界观的思想武器。笔者认为,作为一名领导干部,当前急需运用邓小平理论改造我们的社会主义观、权力观、群众观和人生观。
What kind of world outlook, outlook on life and values should be used to educate leading cadres, guide the people, and gather and inspire people with what kind of ideological convictions have become an important issue to be solved urgently by the Communists in the new period. Deng Xiaoping’s theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics has answered the question of how leading cadres should reform their outlook on the world and is the ideological weapon for leading cadres to transform the world outlook under the new situation. The author believes that as a leading cadre, it is urgently necessary to use Deng Xiaoping Theory to transform our view of socialism, the concept of power, the concept of mass and the outlook on life.
