对114例肺结核病人唾液腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)活性做了测定,结果表明:肺结核组、肺外结核组以及非结核组的唾液ADA活性显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),结核性脑膜炎唾液ADA活性最高。肺结核病人治疗后唾液ADA活性低于治疗前。作者认为唾液ADA检测有助于肺结核,结核性脑膜炎的诊断和疗效的评估。
The salivary adenosine deaminase (ADA) activity in 114 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis was determined. The results showed that ADA activity in saliva of tuberculosis group, extrapulmonary tuberculosis group and non-tuberculosis group was significantly higher than that of normal control group (P <0.01) ADA activity of salivary tuberculosis meningitis is the highest. ADA activity of saliva in patients with tuberculosis after treatment was lower than before treatment. The authors believe that saliva ADA test contribute to the diagnosis of tuberculosis, tuberculous meningitis and evaluation of the efficacy.
