本文以流场空蚀潜能表示和空蚀率的相关量,若以单位时间单位面积的麻点数表示空蚀率,则以单位时间内空泡溃灭引起的压力脉冲数作为空蚀潜能的指标,若以MDPR为空蚀率,则可采用压力脉冲序列的功率谱面积或单位时间内压力脉冲在某一门槛值以上的面积作为空蚀潜能的指标。通过分析得到了空化数不变时,空蚀潜能与流速的关系,理论结果与有关文献的试验结果大体一致。
In this paper, the potential of cavitation in flow field is used to represent the correlative quantity of cavitation erosion rate. If the cavitation rate is expressed by the number of pits per unit time, the number of pressure pulses caused by the collapse of cavitation bubble per unit time is taken as the indicator of cavitation potential If the MDPR is cavitation rate, the area of the power spectrum of the pressure pulse sequence or the pressure pulse above a certain threshold value per unit time may be used as an indicator of cavitation potential. The relationship between cavitation erosion potential and flow velocity is obtained through analysis. The theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental results in the literature.
