[目的]了解狂犬病Ⅲ级暴露者狂犬病防治知识的掌握程度。[方法]2009年6至12月,对门诊狂犬病Ⅲ级暴露者进行狂犬病防治知识问卷调查。[结果]被调查者平均得分6.1分(10分制),对狂犬病发病机制答题正确率最高,达98.4%,对狂犬病潜伏期答题正确率最低,仅7.5%,关于狂犬病预防原则的问题,正确率都在60%以下。家人或朋友的告知是狂犬病防治知识认知的最主要渠道。[结论]狂犬病防控形势严峻,要把广泛宣传普及狂犬病防治知识放在各项防控工作的重要位置,提高群众对狂犬病预防知识的认知水平。
[Objective] To understand the mastery of rabies control knowledge about rabies Ⅲ level exposure. [Methods] From June to December 2009, a questionnaire survey on rabies prevention and control among rabies outpatients with stage III exposure was conducted. [Results] The average score of respondents was 6.1 points (10 points), the highest correct rate was 98.4% for the pathogenesis of rabies, and the lowest correct rate for rabies latency was 7.5%. The correct rate of rabies prevention Are below 60%. The family or friend’s notification is the most important channel of knowledge of rabies prevention and control. [Conclusion] The rabies prevention and control situation is grim. It is necessary to put the widely publicized and popularized knowledge on rabies prevention and control in an important position in various prevention and control work, and raise the public awareness of rabies prevention knowledge.
