代们于1982年4月～1984年8月试用鼓岬电针为主,加用维生素B 族、丹参、硫酸软骨素、一叶萩硷、星状神经节封闭等治疗感音神经性耳聋,其中突聋37例获得较好效果。本组男25例,女12例。年龄14～55岁。病程1～14天7例,半个月～3年30例。伴眩晕者8例,不伴眩晕29例。耳聋程度:轻聋5例,中度聋12例,重度聋12例,严重聋8例。方法:表麻下用特制的鼓岬电针直刺鼓岬,选用电针机的疏密波通电10分针,电流强度以病人能耐受为宜,每日或隔日1次,10次为1疗程。本组治疗1疗程27例,不足1疗程3例,治疗2疗程7例。疗效判定:治愈:500、1000、2000、3000赫兹平均听阈达到30分贝以内;显效: 4个频率平均提高30分贝以上者;有效:4个频率平均提高15分贝以上;无效:平均提高14分贝以下者。结果:治愈12例,显效8例,有效7例,无效10例,显效率54%,有效率73%,其中2例病程达3年也获得显效。伴有眩晕者8例,显效1例,有效2例,无治愈者。有效例中有11例随访2年,其中7例听力保持在治疗后水
