采用高速切削和硬加工可以降低生产成本,在工具和模具制造中特别应该应用这种加工工艺。在铣削模具中所获得的成果表明,高速切削作为缩短加工时间的一项措施,是一条颇有希望的途径。
The use of high-speed cutting and hard machining can reduce production costs, especially in the manufacture of tools and molds. The results obtained in milling the mold show that high-speed cutting as a measure to shorten the processing time is a promising approach.
