阜南县赵集区一台江淮—12手扶拖拉机在打麦场上,突然出现松开右边转向手柄后机子仍然继续向右转弯,再捏左边转向手柄时,机子就立即停止前进的故障,要求帮助排除。当时我们考虑可能是右转向齿轮在转向轴上有卡滞现象。经拆卸检查发现:该机右转向齿轮在右移分离后,其牙齿端而被减速齿轮顶着不能回位。进一步观察,故障是由于右边齿轮轴上的减速齿轮装反所造成。因为该机减速齿轮两端的凸缘不对称,安装时应使凸缘长的一边对着弹性挡圈。而当减速齿轮凸缘短的一边对着弹性挡圈时,其牙齿就相对靠近了中央减速齿轮,这样在转向齿轮牙嵌完全脱开中央减速齿轮牙嵌,其牙齿与齿轮轴上的减速齿
