以装载机直线位置的静态稳定性为基础,本文考虑因加速、制动惯性力的影响,利用动静原理,分析得到装载机直线行驶时的动态一级失稳坡度角随加速度、斜坡行驶方位变化的关系和动态一级稳定区域图,找到了动态横向一级失稳坡度角、纵向失稳坡度角的极小值及其方位。根据动态一级稳定区域图随加速度变化的关系,提出了装载机在斜坡上行驶时极限加速度的求解法和垂直上下坡时加速度的求解公式。
Based on the static stability of the straight position of the loader, this paper considers the influence of the inertial force of acceleration and braking, and uses the principle of dynamics and statics to analyze the dynamic first-degree slope angle when the loader travels in a straight line. The relationship and the dynamic first-order stability region maps have found the dynamic transverse first-order instability slope angle, the minimum value of the vertical declination slope angle and its orientation. According to the relationship between the dynamic first-order stability map and the acceleration change, the solution of the limit acceleration when the loader travels on the slope and the formula for the acceleration of the vertical upslope and downslope are proposed.
