This article outlines the basic features of a computer-controlled launch pad to run an automation device commissioned by the West Federal Post Office to control the “Voices of Germany” launch pad. The Federal Post Office in Lich has a short-wave launch pad, which has 10 100-kilowatt transmitters and 38 antennas to broadcast “Voices of Germany”. As early as a few years ago, the plan for centralized control and monitoring was formulated in the light of the remote control originally developed for the West Bundestag and the Ustar short-wave launch pad. Because the Yuelhi launch pad was no longer able to meet the growing demand for “Deutsche Welle”, the Bundesbank decided to build a start-up phase with 12 500-kilowatt shortwave waves in the Weertach Valley (about 80 km west of Munich) Transmitter of the large launch pad. The launch pad operates almost exactly like the Yulixitai, and plans to develop a high-performance, modern control device suitable for both platforms. Elmshorn and Wuxing equipment operate using well-known remote control technology, namely the launch site and the corresponding center console are equipped with dashboards and dashboards. Both also require manual key actuation of the tuning instructions and indicators for visual inspection, while automatic control should be provided in the Licht and Huertach valleys and only required by the operator in the event of a malfunction. The Federal Service for the Post proposed to use a computer-controlled operating system to undertake the above tasks.
