西德应用研究有限公司钢铁工程师协会企研所研制降低棒材和管材精整区噪声的噪音收集槽获得成功。在轧钢厂的精整区,收集棒材和管材常用的方法是使轧件倾斜滚入收集槽中。在斜滚倾卸过程中,轧件相互撞击发出的响声超出了规定的噪音标准。低噪音收集槽对于轧件的收集不是采用倾卸入槽的方法,而是把轧件分层平移卸下,层状堆积于槽内。这样,平均噪声级比倾卸收集低27分贝,符合低噪音标准。企研所研制的低噪音收集槽(图1)主要适用于收集长3米、直径50毫米的
