我厂以往加工铸铁圆柱形上的孔(L/D值在10以上)曾先后采用专机钻、扩、铰分序加工和外排屑枪钻加工等工艺,但都没有达到加工要求。目前,我厂设计和制造了17D6,12D4,φ10D4等几种镶焊硬质合金的双刃外排屑深孔钻,通过长期使用,证明这种结构的深孔钻可加工10mm以上的铸件深孔。加工孔的直径尺寸精度能较稳定的达到4~6级(旧国标GB164-59~GB169-59);孔的圆度形位公差不大于0.01mm,孔的不直度不大于0.015/300mm,光洁度▽7以上。加工效率与钻扩铰分序加工相比可提高5~8倍。因此,可以认为它是一种高效率的先进刀具。
In the past, the hole on the cylindrical cast iron (L / D value of 10 or more) of our factory had been drilled, expanded and hingedly processed and the processing of external chip gun was completed successively. However, none of them met the machining requirements. At present, our factory designs and manufactures several double-edge deep-hole drills with double-edged carbide inserts, such as 17D6, 12D4 and φ10D4.
