目的对火焰原子吸收光谱法测定食品中锰含量的前处理方法进行改进。方法样品经高压密闭消解,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其中锰的含量,并对高压密闭消解和微波消解两种方法进行比较。结果在优化实验条件下,锰的测定线性范围为0.01~0.8 mg/L,标准曲线线性关系良好,方法的检出限为0.2 mg/kg,各种食品基质标准物质的测定值在证书参考值范围内,RSD<4%。样品经高压密闭消解和微波消解后的测定结果无差异。结论该方法准确,灵敏度和精密度高,仪器简单,操作方便,适用于食品中锰含量的测定。
OBJECTIVE To improve the pretreatment method for the determination of manganese in food by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The samples were subjected to high pressure airtight digestion. The contents of manganese in the samples were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The two methods, high pressure airtight digestion and microwave digestion, were compared. Results Under the optimized experimental conditions, the linear range of the determination of manganese was 0.01-0.8 mg / L. The calibration curve showed a good linearity. The detection limit of the method was 0.2 mg / kg. The measured values of various food matrix reference materials were within the reference values Within the range, RSD <4%. There was no difference between the samples after high-pressure airtight digestion and microwave digestion. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive and precise, the instrument is simple, easy to operate, suitable for the determination of manganese in food.
