目的分析研究绝经后妇女骨质疏松症通过鲑鱼降钙素联合低频脉冲电磁场进行治疗的方法以及治疗效果,为临床提供依据。方法选取2013年3月至2015年3月绝经后妇女骨质疏松症患者资料200例实施回顾性分析,将200例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100例,对照组患者通过鲑鱼降钙素进行治疗,观察组患者通过鲑鱼降钙素联合低频脉冲电磁场进行治疗,记录两组患者治疗前及治疗后2、4、8周视觉模拟疼痛评分,将结果进行统计学分析。结果观察组治疗后骨密度较对照组显著升高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后视觉模拟疼痛评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对绝经后妇女骨质疏松症通过鲑鱼降钙素联合低频脉冲电磁场进行治疗效果安全可靠,应该在临床中大力推广使用。
Objective To study the method of treating osteoporosis in postmenopausal women through salmon calcitonin combined with low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic field and provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis of 200 cases of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women from March 2013 to March 2015 was performed. 200 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 100 cases in each group. The control group received salmon The patients in the observation group were treated by salmon calcitonin combined with low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields. The visual analogue pain scores of the two groups before and after 2,4,8 weeks of treatment were recorded and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The bone mineral density of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The visual analogue pain score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis by salmon calcitonin combined with low frequency pulsed electromagnetic field is safe and reliable and should be vigorously promoted in clinical practice.
