干扰素(IFN)是抗病毒免疫应答中最重要的细胞因子。外周血中,“天然干扰素产生细胞”(IPCs)是在有包膜病毒、细胞及肿瘤因子作用下,产生IFN-α的主要专职性白细胞。IPCs表达CD4和MHCⅡ分子,但因数量少,并且凋亡快,缺乏细胞发育分化成熟的标记,尚无有关此类细胞分离及研究性质的报道。在HIV感染中,IPCs的功能与宿主抵抗条件感染相关,提示IPCs在机体抗感染中的重要性。IPCs是属树突细胞,还是另一种不同系的细胞,目前尚无法明确定论。本文对CD4~+CD11c2型树突细胞前体(pCD2s)是否为IPCs进行了研究。
Interferon (IFN) is the most important cytokine in the anti-viral immune response. In peripheral blood, “natural interferon-producing cells” (IPCs) are the major specialized white blood cells that produce IFN-α under the influence of enveloped viruses, cells and oncolytic factors. IPCs express CD4 and MHC Ⅱ molecules, but their numbers are few and their apoptosis is rapid. There is no report on the isolation and research properties of these cells. In HIV infection, the function of IPCs is associated with host-resistant infection, suggesting the importance of IPCs in the body’s anti-infectives. IPCs are dendritic cells, or a different line of cells, it is still not conclusive. In this paper, whether CD4 ~ + CD11c2 dendritic cell precursors (pCD2s) are IPCs were studied.
