学校文化的培育和建设要经历从发展特色项目到整体文化生成、从自发关注到自觉引领的过程。宜昌市实验小学在新课程改革过程中成功地发展了艺术特色,然而仅有特色是不够的。学校在梳理和反思的基础上,凝炼出“首善文化”理念,确立了学校文化建设和发展的整体框架,提出从艺术特色到首善文化嬗变的构想,其核心是培育形成“以善孕善”的环境文化、“善中求善”的制度文化、“以善育善”的课程文化、“以善养善”的活动文化以及“尚善至善”的主体文化。
The cultivation and construction of school culture should go through the process of developing special projects to the overall cultural production, from spontaneous concern to consciously leading. Yichang Experimental Primary School has successfully developed artistic features in the course of the new curriculum reform. However, only the characteristics are not enough. Based on the reviewing and reflection, the school condensed the concept of “Shou Shan Culture”, established the overall framework of the school culture construction and development, put forward the idea of changing from the artistic characteristics to the Shou Shan culture, and the core of which is to foster the formation of “Good and Good” environment and culture, “Good and Good” system culture, “Good and Good” curriculum culture, “Good and Good” activity culture and “ Kindhearted ”the main culture.
