目的了解卫生应急管理案例教学参与度情况以及存在的问题,为案例教学的推广和改善提供建议。方法采用自填式问卷方法,对12省(市)的263名卫生应急管理人员进行调查。结果老师和学员认为总体“认真阅读”的占86.9%;认为学生非常或比较积极发言的教师占64.9%,学生占40.7%;认为学生提问非常或比较频繁的教师占52.0%,学生占30.4%;认为学生讨论非常或比较频繁的教师占47.4%,学生占32.1%;认为学生非常或比较投入的教师占92.2%,学生占78.0%;教师和学员对卫生应急管理案例教学存在的问题的观点基本一致。结论卫生应急管理案例教学中,学员参与度较高,应从师资、学员、案例编写与选择等几个方面入手,为案例教学在卫生应急管理培训中的应用创造更好的条件。
Objective To understand the situation of teaching participation in health emergency management cases and the existing problems so as to provide suggestions for the promotion and improvement of case teaching. Methods A self-administered questionnaire was used to investigate 263 health emergency management personnel in 12 provinces (municipalities). Results Teachers and trainees accounted for 86.9% of the total “serious reading”; 64.9% of the students considered that they were very or more active speakers, 40.7% of the students; 52.0% of the teachers thought that the students asked very frequently or frequently, 30.4% of teachers think that students discuss very or frequently, 47.4% of teachers and 32.1% of students, 92.2% of teachers think that students are very or comparatively involved, and 78.0% of students. Teachers and trainees have some problems in case management of health emergency management Basically the same point of view. Conclusions In the case of health emergency management, the participation of trainees is high. Teachers, trainees, case preparation and selection should be taken as examples to create better conditions for the application of case teaching in health emergency management training.
