目的 观察舌下含服螨脱敏疗法在儿童哮喘防治中的辅助治疗作用。方法 将 6 8名哮喘儿童随意分为 3组 ,单纯舌下含服螨脱敏治疗组、舌下含服螨脱敏治疗 +吸入皮质激素组及单纯吸入皮质激素组 ,并对上述患儿进行 2年的临床观察及随访 ,判定疗效及复发情况 ,并对 PEF及螨过敏原皮肤点刺试验 ,进行前后对比。结果3组患儿中 ,以舌下含服螨脱敏治疗 +吸入皮质激素组疗效最佳 ,与其他两组比较 ,差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 舌下含服螨脱敏疗法作为吸入皮质激素的辅助治疗对于螨过敏的哮喘患儿有良好的预防及治疗效果而且安全。
Objective To observe the auxiliary therapeutic effect of sublingual gativa desensitization therapy in the prevention and treatment of childhood asthma. Methods Sixty-eight asthmatic children were randomly divided into three groups: the sublingual hypodermic mite desensitization treatment group, the sublingual gyperteathero-desensitization treatment + inhaled corticosteroid group, and the simple inhaled corticosteroid group. The above-mentioned children 2 years of clinical observation and follow-up, to determine the efficacy and recurrence, and PEF and mite allergen skin prick test, compared before and after. Results Among the 3 groups of children, sublingual administration of mites desensitization + inhaled corticosteroids was the best, compared with the other two groups, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Sublingual hypodermic desensitization therapy as a corticosteroid-assisted adjuvant therapy is safe and safe for mites allergic asthma in children.
