[目的]种衣剂贮存时容易分层、沉淀,加入木材液化物悬浮剂(WLS)可改善种衣剂贮存性能。[方法]以重复试验法测定WLS在玉米、小麦、水稻等种衣剂中的配伍性和稳定性。[结果]WLS复配后,体系WLS/Tween 80、WLS/LAS表面张力分别下降到36.1、31.6 mN/m;WLS/Tween 80和Attapulgite/WLS/Tween 80在玉米种衣剂中悬浮率分别为81%和92%,在高温时悬浮率分别下降20%和11%,后者黏度变化率更低。[结论]WLS与传统表面活性剂Tween 80、APG、LAS配伍,协同效应显著,有效保持种衣剂的悬浮稳定。 [Objective] The seed dressing is easy to delaminate and deposit when it is stored. Adding wood liquefied suspending agent (WLS) can improve seed storage performance. [Method] The compatibility and stability of WLS in seed coating such as corn, wheat and rice were determined by repeated test. [Result] The surface tension of WLS / Tween 80 and WLS / LAS decreased to 36.1 and 31.6 mN / m respectively after WLS complexing. The suspension rates of WLS / Tween 80 and Attapulgite / WLS / Tween 80 in corn seed coating were 81% and 92%, the suspension rate at high temperature decreased by 20% and 11%, the latter the rate of change of viscosity lower. [Conclusion] The compatibility of WLS with traditional surfactants Tween 80, APG and LAS was significant and the suspension stability of the seed coating was effectively maintained.
