为了提高企业素质、强化质量管理、确保产品质量,根据国家和邮电部颁发的质量管理有关规定和标准(主要是等同采用的ISO9000《质量管理和质量保证》系列国际标准),结合本企业的实际情况,笔者于1994年初,参加了企业质量手册编写组,完成了企业质量手册编写工作。本文简要地介绍编制企业质量手册的指导思想,以及具体进行编写工作的体会。
