本文用病媒接种诊断试验、组织化学染色、幼虫肛板和成虫交合刺测量等四种方法对亚周期型马来丝虫感染大鼠的结果进行评价。同时采用彭亨丝虫感染大鼠进行对比。实验用的亚周期型马来丝虫取自南加里曼丹猫体,经转种入长爪沙鼠后,感染东乡伊蚊取得Ⅲ期幼虫。以每鼠50—100计数,按Ash和Riley(1970)的方法经腹股沟皮下接种SD株雄性大白鼠15只和LE株雄性黑白鼠36只。于接种后10周开始,每周从尾静脉采血,用薄膜过滤法查微丝蚴。结果指出,SD和LE鼠微丝蚴阳性率分别为20%(3/15)和11%(4/36)。前者平均潜隐期106天,后者143天。LE鼠的平均显性期438天,SD鼠355天,两者微丝蚴密度相似(17.5条/20cmm和16条/20cmm)。6只SD鼠,3只
In this paper, the diagnostic results of vector inoculation, histochemical staining, larval anal plate and adult mating spikes measured four methods to evaluate the results of sub-type Malayan worm infected rats. At the same time, Paenconia filariasis infected rats were used for comparison. The experimental sub-periodic Malayan worm was taken from the South Kalimantan cats, after transplanted into Meriones unguiculatus, infected with Aedes albopictus to obtain stage III larvae. Fifty mice of SD strain and 36 male mice of LE strain were inoculated subcutaneously in the groin by the method of Ash and Riley (1970) with 50-100 counts per mouse. At 10 weeks after inoculation, blood was drawn weekly from the tail vein and microfilariae were examined by membrane filtration. The results indicated that the positive rates of microfilariae in SD and LE mice were 20% (3/15) and 11% (4/36), respectively. The former averaged 106 days latent period, the latter 143 days. The mean dominant period of LE rats was 438 days and that of SD rats was 355 days with similar density of microfilariae (17.5 / 20cmm and 16 / 20cmm). 6 SD rats, 3 rats
