目的:建立中药紫石英中氟化钙专属性强的含量测定方法,保证紫石英药材质量。方法:利用中国药典中紫石英的含量测定方法、矿物学中三氯化铝提取-EDTA容量法及X粉末衍射法,对6个样品中氟化钙的含量进行测定。结果:对各种方法测定结果进行了综合分析与评价:药典法与X粉末衍射法具有一定的局限性,三氯化铝提取-EDTA容量法准确可靠,专属性强。结论:建议三氯化铝提取-EDTA容量法作为中药紫石英中氟化钙含量的测定方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for determining specific calcium fluoride in Chinese amethyst, to ensure the quality of amethyst. Methods: The contents of calcium fluoride in six samples were determined by using the determination method of amethyst in Chinese Pharmacopoeia, the aluminum trichloride extraction-EDTA volumetric method in mineralogy and the X powder diffraction method. Results: Comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the results of various methods: Pharmacopoeia and X-ray powder diffraction methods have certain limitations, aluminum trichloride extraction - EDTA volumetric method is accurate and reliable, and has strong specificity. Conclusion: Aluminum trichloride extraction-EDTA volumetric method is recommended as a method for determination of calcium fluoride in Chinese amethyst.
