目的探讨社区高血压病人健康教育方法和效果。方法选取2014年12月—2015年12月乐从社区卫生服务中心门诊收治的高血压病人200例,根据干预教育方法的异同,将选取的患者随机分为对照组和观察组各100例,对照组病人采取传统方法进行健康教育,对观察组病人采取聚焦解决模式进行健康教育,观察2组病人的临床效果。结果 2组患者的血压水平均有所降低,但观察组病人的血压水平降低更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病人的饮酒、缺乏运动、高盐饮食等不良行为发生情况和按规律服药情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取聚焦解决模式对社区高血压病人进行健康教育的临床效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of health education in community hypertensive patients. Methods From December 2014 to December 2015, 200 cases of hypertensive patients admitted from Community Health Service Center were enrolled in this study. According to the similarities and differences of intervention education methods, 100 selected patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, Group of patients to take traditional methods of health education, observation group patients to focus on solving the mode of health education, observation of two groups of patients clinical effect. Results The blood pressure of both groups decreased, but the decrease of blood pressure was more obvious in the observation group (P <0.05). The adverse reactions such as alcohol consumption, lack of exercise and high-salt diet in the observation group Occurrence and regular medication was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of taking focused solution mode on health education of patients with hypertension in community is significant and worthy of promotion.
