1983~1985年我院收治先天性心脏病室间隔缺损(VSD)和动脉导管未闭(PDA)各50例,均为单纯畸形并经手术矫治。此100例VSD与PDA患儿心电图ST-T改变发生率有显著差异。 (一)临床资料 VSD组男28例,女22例,年龄2~12岁,平均年龄5.5岁。PDA组男14例,女36例。年龄9月~12岁,平均年龄3.7岁。全部病例术前均做9导联心电图,了解心室有无肥大(按小儿心电图诊断标准),观察ST-T变化。ST-T改变指ST段缺血型下降0.5mm以上,近似缺血型下降0.75mm以上。T波改变指L_1、L_2、aVF、V_5导联小
From 1983 to 1985, 50 cases of congenital heart disease ventricular septal defect (VSD) and patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) were treated in our hospital. All of them were simple deformities and were surgically treated. The 100 cases of VSD and PDA in children with ECG ST-T changes in the incidence of significant differences. (A) Clinical data VSD group 28 males and 22 females, aged 2 to 12 years, mean age 5.5 years. PDA group 14 males and 36 females. Aged 9 months to 12 years old, with an average age of 3.7 years. All cases were done before the 9 lead ECG, to understand whether the ventricular hypertrophy (by pediatric ECG diagnostic criteria), observed ST-T changes. ST-T change refers to the ST segment ischemic decline of more than 0.5mm, the approximate ischemic decline of more than 0.75mm. T wave change means L_1, L_2, aVF, V_5 lead is small
