家访是沟通教师、家长、学生心灵的桥梁。家访过程中,教师、家长、学生面对面,促膝谈心,拉近了彼此的心理距离,可以在教育学生的内容和方法上达成一致意见。通过家访,可以建立更加融洽的师生关系,从而更有效地教育管理中职生。多次的家访实践中,我深切地感受到了家访在教育中所发挥的重要作用。能准确地了解到学生的家庭状况到家实地家访,才能真切感受学生的家庭状况,才能更好地帮助学生。我班学生A,男,现年龄16周岁。性
