随着我国市场经济的不断发展,当前国有企业面临着前所未有的市场竞争,不少国有企业的发展状况不容乐观。企业要想在激烈的市场角逐中占领高地,人才的培养和发展是必不可少的,当前很多国有企业人才流失情况严重,这不仅是企业管理体制的缺失,也是人力资源管理上存在的问题。激励机制的建立和应用,能有效提升员工忠诚度,对于稳定人才队伍,增进企业发展潜力具有重要作用。本文就将针对当前国有企业人力资源管理中激励机制存在的问题和对策展开详细探讨。
With the continuous development of China’s market economy, the current state-owned enterprises are facing unprecedented market competition. The development of many state-owned enterprises is not optimistic. In order to occupy the high ground in the fierce market competition, it is essential for enterprises to cultivate and develop talents. At present, the brain drain in many state-owned enterprises is serious. This is not only a deficiency of the enterprise management system but also a problem in human resource management. The establishment and application of incentive mechanism can effectively enhance staff loyalty and play an important role in stabilizing the workforce and enhancing the development potential of the enterprise. This article will discuss in detail the existing problems and countermeasures in the incentive mechanism of human resource management in state-owned enterprises.
