目的探讨血液透析对老年终末期肾病患者在实际治疗过程中的临床疗效。方法 60例≥65岁终末期肾病患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,实验组给予血液透析治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果以及死亡率。结果治疗后,两组均无显效病例,实验组有效28例,无效1例,死亡1例;对照组有效22例,无效2例,死亡6例。实验组治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组死亡率3.33%,明显低于对照组的20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床对老年终末期肾病患者进行治疗的过程中,使用血液透析的方法能够显著提升患者的治疗效果并降低患者的死亡率,在临床上值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hemodialysis on elderly patients with end-stage renal disease in the actual treatment. Methods Sixty patients with end-stage renal disease ≥65 years old were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each. Control group given conventional treatment, experimental group given hemodialysis treatment. The treatment effect and mortality of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, there were no effective cases in both groups. The experimental group was effective in 28 cases, ineffective in 1 case and death in 1 case. The control group was effective in 22 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, and died in 6 cases. The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (73.33%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the experimental group mortality was 3.33%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of elderly patients with end-stage renal disease, the use of hemodialysis can significantly improve the treatment of patients and reduce the mortality of patients, it is worth to promote the clinical application.
