为了推广连续配筋混凝土路面 (CRCP)的使用 ,在 10 7国道许昌境内和 2 10国道铜川境内修筑了不同结构的 CRCP试验路 ,实地考察了 CRCP的路用性能。使用标准轴载车进行了弯沉与应力测试 ,结果表明 CRCP传荷能力强 ,整体强度高 ,承载能力大。通过对 CRCP试验路裂缝的跟踪观测 ,调查分析了横向裂缝宽度、间距和发展情况 ,并对横向裂缝间距的概率分布模型进行了检验 ,初步验证裂缝间距符合对数正态分布。试验路研究表明CRCP的使用性能和结构性能都优于普通混凝土路面 ,适用于重交通高等级道路 ,在水文地质不良等特殊路段更有显著优势。
In order to promote the use of continuous reinforced concrete pavement (CRCP), CRCP test roads with different structures were built in Xuchang territory on State Road 107 and Tongchuan territory on State Road 210, and the road performance of CRCP was inspected in the field. The deflection and stress tests were carried out on a standard axle truck. The results show that the CRCP has high load carrying capacity, high overall strength and large carrying capacity. Through the observation and observation of the cracks on the CRCP test road, the transverse crack width, spacing and development were investigated. The probability distribution model of the transverse crack spacing was also tested. The crack spacing was verified to be in accordance with the logarithm normal distribution. The experimental study shows that the performance and structural performance of CRCP are superior to ordinary concrete pavement, suitable for heavy traffic high-grade roads, and have significant advantages in special sections such as poor hydrogeological conditions.
