1月10日至12日,空政干部部召集部分省、自治区、直辖市从事移交安置工作的同志,进行为期3天的交流研讨和培训。这次交流培训,为一些负责移交联络工作时间较短的同志提供了一次很好的能力锻炼契机,也为一些经验较丰富的移交联络员提供了一次交流经验的机会。交流培训会上,大家针对移交联络工作在新形势下存在的安置去向、实际职务落实、家属安置等问题进行了深入研讨,查找了在移交安置工作中存在的不容忽视的问题,提出了选准安置方式、安置前培训、提高择业比率和期望值定位等富有建设性的建议。为了让更多的移交联络工作者提高能力,我们选编了几篇典型体会,期望从事移交联络工作的其他同志能够从中受益。
From January 10 to January 12, the air force cadres department convened 3-day exchanges and seminars and trainings for comrades engaged in the transfer and placement work in some provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. The exchange training provided a good opportunity for some comrades who were responsible for handing over liaison work for a short period of time and provided an opportunity for some experienced transfer liaisons to exchange experiences. At the exchange training meeting, all people conducted in-depth discussions on the placement relocation, actual job fulfillment, family resettlement and other issues existing in the new situation regarding the handover and contact work, and found the problems that should not be neglected in the handover and resettlement work and put forward the criteria for selection Resettlement methods, pre-resettlement training, employment-enhancing ratio and expectation positioning. In order to allow more transfer of liaison workers to enhance their capabilities, we have compiled a few typical experiences and expect that other gratis personnel who are engaged in the transfer of liaison work can benefit from it.
