为探讨端粒酶在消化道肿瘤组织中的活性表达情况及其临床意义,采用端粒重复序列扩增法(TRAP)检测5O例消化道肿瘤组织端粒酶活性,同时检测了24例消化道组织良性切除物。结果显示,胃癌18例,食管癌14例,贲门癌10例,结肠癌8例,这4组患者端粒酶检出率分别为88%(16/18)、79%(11/14)、80%(8/10)、75%(6/8),24例良性切除物无1例阳性,提示端粒酶活性表达与消化道肿瘤发生密切相关,且有可能是消化道肿瘤的一种重要分子标志物,因此对消化道肿瘤的诊断有重要意义。
In order to investigate the expression of telomerase activity in digestive tract tumors and its clinical significance, the telomerase activity of 5O digestive tract tumors was detected by TRAP amplification method, and 24 cases of digestive tract were detected at the same time. A benign resection was organized. The results showed that 18 cases of gastric cancer, 14 cases of esophageal cancer, 10 cases of cardiac cancer, 8 cases of colon cancer, the detection rate of telomerase in these 4 groups were 88% (16/18), 79% (11/14), 80% (8/10), 75% (6/8), none of the 24 benign resections were positive, suggesting that the expression of telomerase activity is closely related to the occurrence of gastrointestinal tumors, and may be a kind of digestive tract tumors. Important molecular markers, so the diagnosis of gastrointestinal cancer is of great significance.
