白血病缓解期患儿行为问题调查分析

为研究白血病缓解期患儿的心理状况和行为特点,本文运用中国标准化的Achenbach儿童行为量表对43例6~11岁缓解半年至3年的患儿进行问卷调查。结果表明,男孩除活动能力和社交情况,试验组与对照组无显著差异,学校情况和行为问题中的9个因子两组间均有显著性差异,主要表现为攻击、强迫和分裂样。女孩除性问题和违纪两因子外,其余各项试验组与对照组均有显著性差异,主要表现为社交退缩、抑郁和攻击行为。而这些表现中休学者比复学者问题突出,提示休学是造成行为问题的主要原因之一。而与美国正常值范围比较,除女孩试验组学校情况和社交退缩平均分超过正常值外,其余各项仍处于正常值范围之内。这说明只要根据患儿的具体身体状况加强心理调适、及早复学、与外界接触,白血病患儿仍能像正常儿童一样回归社会 In order to study the psychological status and behavioral characteristics of children with leukemia in remission stage, this paper uses the Chinese standardized Achenbach Child Behavior Questionnaire to conduct a questionnaire survey on 43 children 6 to 11 years old with 6 to 11 years of remission for 6 months to 3 years. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of mobility and social conditions. There were significant differences among the 9 factors in the school situation and behavioral problems between the two groups, which mainly manifested as aggression, forcing and splitting. In addition to sexual problems and discipline two factors, the remaining test groups and control groups were significantly different, mainly as social withdrawal, depression and aggressive behavior. However, the performance of those off-school students than the problem of secondary school students highlight the phenomenon, suggesting that suspension of school is one of the main causes of behavioral problems. However, compared with the normal range in the United States, the average scores of school conditions and social withdrawal in the girls’ experimental group were all beyond the normal range, except for the normal range. This shows that as long as the psychological conditions in children with specific physical condition to strengthen, early return to school, with the outside world, children with leukemia can still return to society as normal children
