创业型中小企业由于在资源、资金等方面受到限制,其发展壮大的过程充满了不确定因素。如何根据自有资源,制订正确的战略计划并实行战略管理,成为了这类企业至关重要的问题,也受到了全社会的共同关注。创业型中小企业的战略管理包括:确定或反映创业型中小企业目标的决策,规定业务或服务范围的决策,确定其将要成为何种经济组织的决策以及应为员工、客户和社会做出何种经济贡献的决策等。在介绍企业战略相关知识的基础上,从创业型中小企业战略计划的制订、战略管理的实施及相关各类注意事项等不同方面进行探讨。
Small and medium-sized start-up enterprises are limited by resources and funds, and their growth and expansion are full of uncertainties. How to formulate the correct strategic plan and implement strategic management based on its own resources has become a crucial issue for such enterprises and has also drawn the attention of the whole society. The strategic management of entrepreneurial SMEs includes: decisions that define or reflect the goals of an entrepreneurial SME, decisions that define the scope of the business or service, decisions about what economic organization it intends to become, and what should be done for employees, customers and the community Economic contribution to the decision. On the basis of introducing the knowledge about enterprise strategy, this paper discusses from different aspects such as the formulation of the strategic plan of the entrepreneurial SMEs, the implementation of strategic management and various related matters.
