目的探讨以妊娠合并子宫肌瘤为指征行剖宫产术同时剔除子宫肌瘤的安全性和可行性。方法回顾性分析我院37例以妊娠合并直径≥5 cm子宫肌瘤为指征行剖宫产术同时剔除子宫肌瘤分娩者的临床资料。结果剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术组除手术操作时间较对照组延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组产妇在术中出血量、术后血红蛋白下降值及术后恢复情况等方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论以妊娠合并子宫肌瘤为指征行剖宫产术同时剔除子宫肌瘤是安全可行的。
Objective To investigate the safety and feasibility of removing uterine fibroids with cesarean section indications of pregnancy with uterine fibroids. Methods Retrospective analysis of 37 cases of our hospital with pregnancy with diameter ≥ 5 cm uterine fibroids as the indication of cesarean section at the same time remove the uterine fibroids were delivered clinical data. Conclusion Pregnancy with uterine fibroids indications for cesarean delivery while removing uterine fibroids is safe and feasible.
