产品投入服役使用后,由于产品的不断受循环负载作用、老化等原因,产品望大质量特性值会不断变化而超出技术规范要求,从而导致产品丧失功能而报废造成损失。本文定义产品质量损失为产品投入服役后因产品质量特性值超出规定范围而导致报废所造成损失现值,应用资金折现原理建立了基于服役寿命分布的产品望大特性的质量损失模型,并提出了基于望大质量特性技术规范要求的产品服役寿命分布密度函数计算方法。以转轴危险截面的疲劳强度为例,深入讨论了新质量损失模型中各参数对转轴疲劳强度质量损失的影响,并与田口望大特性质量损失模型进行了比较分析,结果表明:新质量损失模型描述了产品投入服役后给社会带来的实际损失,能够反映望大质量特性在产品服役过程中产生的质量损失,这比田口质量损失模型更符合实际。新质量损失模型将产品望大质量特性的容差设计从产品设计制造阶段扩展到产品服役阶段。

Taking the fatigue strength of the dangerous section of the rotating shaft as an example, the influence of various parameters in the new mass loss model on the mass loss of the fatigue strength of the rotating shaft is discussed in depth. The mass loss model of Taguchi is compared and analyzed. The results show that the new mass loss model It describes the actual loss to the society after the product is put into service, which can reflect the quality loss caused by the large-quantity characteristic in the product service, which is more realistic than the Taguchi quality loss model. The new model of mass loss extends the design of tolerances for products with high quality characteristics from the product design and manufacturing phase to the product service phase.
